We provide _customizable caseloads_, onboarding training, _weekly consultation_ and team meetings, _training opportunities_, scheduling and billing support, competitive compensation, _opportunities for additional incentive pay_, and a _collaborative team environment._*Compensation range: up to $116,000 annually**_*You receive a base salary plus have the opportunity to earn incentive pay through our customizable caseloads._*The Role** W-2 full time position: 40 hours per week made up of at least 20 clinical sessions, 3 meetings, and other responsibilities (clinical documentation, etc.)* We also have part-time roles listed at littleotterhealth.com/open-roles* *100% remote** Customizable caseload within parameters* Create your own schedule within parameters. _A majority of your clinical sessions need to be 2pm and after in order to meet the needs of children and families!_* Provide ongoing individual therapy through video-based telehealth sessions to children ages 0-14 years old, as well as family therapy* Provide evidenced-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT, TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, Parent Management Training (PMT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP)* Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner using the Little Otter platform* Be part of our collaborative clinical team through participating in weekly consultation meetings, team meetings and individual meetings with your clinical manager* Additional duties as assigned*About You** Must Hold active California licensure as a LMFT, LCSW, LPCC* Experience providing telehealth therapy to children 0-14 and families* Experience delivering evidence-based practices* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Proficiency using a computer and navigating technology (Google suite, EHRs)* Ability to work from home with reliable internet connection and must have privacy to maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA requirements* Passionate about providing mental health care services to children and families and excited to work at an early-stage startup to impact the way we provide these exceptional virtual services!*Total compensation range: $70,000 - $116,000 annually*_You receive a base salary plus have the opportunity to earn incentive pay through our customizable caseloads._* Base Salary: $70,000 - 80,000 annually* Base salary is paid twice per month* _Base salary is determined by years of experience, certifications in EBPs, clinical skills, and location_* Minimum expectation of an average of 20 completed sessions per week* PLUS Incentive Pay that provides opportunity to earn an additional $18,000 - $40,000 annually* $80/session for each session over the minimum quarterly goal* Quarterly goal is based on maintaining an average of 20 completed sessions per week*Little Otter Perks** Create your own schedule within parameters* *100% remote** *Apple laptop provided** Collaborative team environment* Ongoing training!* Practice without the hassle of marketing and billing.
