Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Financial Planning &
Analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Lead core FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting,
performance analysis, and strategic financial planning
Develop and maintain financial models and reports to analyze
performance and identify trends
Provide strategic financial guidance on major business initiatives
and collaborate with senior leadership
Required Qualifications
6-10 years of progressive, corporate FP&A experience, with 3-5
years in a senior FP&A or financial strategy role
2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity,
consulting, or professional services preferred
BS/BA in Finance or Accounting is required
Expertise in MS Excel and advanced financial planning software and
ERP systems
Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DOD)
Security Clearance
