Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Revenue Cycle Audits.
Key Responsibilities
Perform audits and analysis to identify trends and prioritize
performance improvement initiatives
Manage a team of auditors, including hiring, training, and tracking
audit outcomes
Modify workflows and collaborate with other departments to enhance
revenue cycle processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Healthcare, or
equivalent experience
6-8 years of experience in medical billing and/or insurance
collections, with 3 years in prior authorization and denial
management
Certification in coding or relevant coding management
experience
Experience in the Lab & Diagnostic industry is a plus
Management experience is required
