Job Description:
A company is looking for an International Senior Tax
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage US International Income Tax Filing and perform technical tax
reviews
Oversee tax installment payment processes and local statutory
financials for foreign subsidiaries
Analyze tax reforms and manage international tax compliance and
planning
Required Qualifications
At least 9 years of corporate income tax experience, with a minimum
of 6 years in international tax
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA
license and advanced degrees are a plus
Experience leading a team and developing team members in a positive
environment
Ability to work independently and show initiative
Experience in a large multinational firm or major public accounting
firm is preferred
