Health/Medical Insurance 401k Match Job Details Essential Duties and Responsibilities Data Analysis and Forecasting: Provide, interpret, and distribute detailed forecasts, sales goals, and budgetary reports to internal stakeholders. Regularly monitor, analyze, and forecast demand, revenue, and budgets to determine sales potential and make informed recommendations. Sales and Marketing Support: Develop and maintain dynamic sales performance reports, dashboards, and forecasts. Collaborate with the sales teams to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and refine strategies for maximum sales impact. Financial Analysis: Provide financial insights for omni-channel performance, comparing profitability across direct-to-consumer (DTC), e-commerce, wholesale, and brick-and-mortar channels as well as by SKU. Perform budget to actual financial analysis to keep in line with company objectives. Pricing: Determine optimal pricing strategies (MAP, SRP, and MSRP) and margin optimization initiatives. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate financial performance to ensure alignment with company goals. Assist in the development and implementation of targeted sales training programs to enhance overall sales team effectiveness. Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth competitor analysis to stay ahead of market trends and identify both opportunities and threats. Process Optimization: Support the sales and finance teams in creating compelling financial presentations and proposals by providing robust data-driven insights. Drive improvements in data integrity and reporting automation. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field. Proven experience in a business analysis or data analysis role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings. Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet and database software, as well as business intelligence tools.
