As a member of our Accounting Finance industry, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive audits, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance our financial processes and systems. Conduct comprehensive internal audits to assess the effectiveness of controls, accuracy of financial records, and efficiency of operations. 2. Evaluate financial and operational processes to identify areas of risk and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including ASC 842. 3. Prepare detailed audit reports, clearly documenting audit scope, methodology, findings, and recommendations. 4. Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective strategies and systems for managing risk and ensuring financial integrity. 5. Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to discuss audit results and recommendations, fostering an environment of transparency and continuous improvement. 6. Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in accounting regulations, ensuring our organization remains compliant and competitive. 7. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance audit processes and procedures, driving efficiency and effectiveness. Job Details Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. An advanced degree or relevant certification, such as CPA, is preferred. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, with a focus on the Accounting Finance industry. 3. Proven expertise in ASC 842 and other relevant accounting regulations. 4. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and design effective audit strategies. 5. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex financial information to a variety of audiences. 6. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. 7.
