Senior Tax Manager (Public Accounting) Hybrid: Growing CPA firm is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join their team. Work for client base of closely and privately held corporations of various size from small to large, and multi-state. Manage corporate client needs with respect to tax services and federal and state tax compliance Proficient in corporate taxation and consolidated tax returns Work will be a wide variety of entities including C-Corp, S-Corp, LLC, flow-through Handle federal tax issues bring the experience and commitment necessary to deliver tax compliance and advisory services to help meet our clients' specific needs. Be responsible for Compliance, research, tax credits, fixed asset review, M&A due diligence and acquisition & disposition planning. Assist in the calculation of FAS 109 tax provisions Develop and sustain excellent client relationships Keep up-to-date on current tax practices and changes in tax law Five years of experience in corporate tax Excellent advisory and compliance skills Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to articulate complex information If you meet these requirements, please apply and/or contact Thomas Trout.
