Job Description:

Well known Healthcare Company has immediate need for an Administrative Assistant who has a minimum of four years experience. You will be responsible for calendaring for the department, managing ongoing projects, researching, preparing presentations, attending various meetings and coordinating them, spreadsheets, and assisting with multiple projects. Must be proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook. Looking for someone with strong organizational, interpersonal, project management and written/verbal communication skills; ability to meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail and accuracy while working independently or as part of a team; proven ability to handle high-volume workload and multi-tasking projects. Experience in health care and/or health plan environment is preferred. Degree is a plus. Email resume as a word attachment to Paris Goldfarb.
