Job Description:
A company is looking for a Member Marketing Manager to lead
member communications and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Own the creation and execution of all member-facing marketing
materials, including emails, newsletters, and onboarding
content
Collaborate with Customer Success, Growth, and Sales teams to
develop impactful messaging
Support open enrollment campaigns and design collateral for
internal and external events
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in health tech or
wellness organizations
Strong writing, editing, and content strategy skills with a
relevant portfolio
Proficiency with design tools like Canva for creating marketing
visuals
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Experience with open enrollment or benefits communications is a
plus
