The Multifamily Superintendent will oversee and manage all on-site construction activities for multifamily residential building and construction projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience supervising large-scale projects, excellent leadership skills, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Client Details We are a well-established general contractor specializing in multifamily residential construction. With a commitment to quality, safety, and timely project delivery, we are seeking an experienced Multifamily Superintendent to join our team. Our projects range from 100 to 300 units and are located throughout the Los Angeles area. Description Manage all on-site activities, including scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to construction schedules and budgets. Enforce safety standards and protocols to maintain a safe work environment. Conduct daily site inspections to ensure work meets design specifications and quality requirements. Resolve on-site issues and conflicts promptly to minimize delays and disruptions. Maintain accurate records, including daily logs, progress reports, and as-built documentation. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure smooth project Profile 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in multifamily residential construction in Los Angeles Proven track record managing projects with 100-300 units. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage subcontractors and site personnel effectively. Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project). OSHA 30 certification is preferred. Must be authorized to work in the United States and possess a valid driver's license.
