Responsible for leading multifamily projects from ground up to
completion, while also maintaining the responsibilities of those
reporting to you.You will be given the opportunity to spearhead

Job Description Manage all on-site activities, ensuring adherence
to project plans, schedules, and budgets Coordinate with
subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of
materials and services Oversee the work of construction crews,
providing guidance and support to ensure quality craftsmanship and
adherence to safety standards Conduct regular inspections to
monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement
corrective measures Maintain accurate documentation of project
activities, including daily reports, site photos, and change orders
Collaborate with project managers and other team members to address
project challenges and develop effective solutions Foster a
positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and
communication among project team members Represent the company
professionally when interacting with clients, inspectors, and

Successful Applicant Minimum 7-8 years of experience as a
Superintendent in multifamily construction Proficiency in Pro core
or similar construction management software Extensive knowledge of
wood frame construction techniques and building codes Strong
leadership and communication skills, with the ability to
effectively manage and motivate teams Excellent problem-solving
abilities and a proactive approach to project management Attention
to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results Valid
