Job Description: You have experience working outdoors, and are familiar with work in similar outdoor home services like pressure washing, pest control, window cleaning, etc. You appreciate that we have a team who will coordinate your daily/weekly service schedule for you instead of having to do so yourself. You simply review your schedule, reliably show up to our eager clients, and deliver outstanding, 5-star service. Key Responsibilities: Turf Cleaning & Restoration: Clean, groom, and deodorize artificial turf surfaces. Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional service and discuss turf maintenance needs. Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the company-provided vehicle clean and organized. Team Collaboration: Work with other technicians and management for consistent service. Problem Solving: Handle on-site issues independently and meet customer needs. Safety Compliance: Follow safety guidelines for equipment and outdoor work. Travel: Willing to travel out of state for scheduled jobs. Who You Are: Reliable: Show up on time, ready to work. Detail-Oriented: Ensure every detail is perfect before leaving the job site. Comfortable with Client Interaction: Engage confidently with clients. Self-Motivated: Work independently and efficiently. Outdoor Enthusiast: Enjoy working outdoors and handling physical demands. Coachable: Open to feedback and learning new techniques. Job Requirements: Attention to detail and quality workmanship. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently in outdoor environments. Clean driving record; comfortable driving large vans (trailer experience a plus). Prior turf cleaning experience preferred but not required (comprehensive training provided). Willing to travel to Arizona and Vegas.
