Job Description Job Description Responsibilities: • Support
Project Executive in providing complete, time sensitive proposals.
• Deciphering plans, specs and front end documents for commercial
reroof projects • Performing Job Walks and gathering photos, data
and logistics • Performing detailed project take-offs, must have
experience! • Procuring quotes from suppliers/manufacturers •
Preparing detailed estimates including quantities of material and
details • Processing proposals and typing up quotes • Assist in
pre-construction and production project management • Provide
support to Superintendent and Director of Field Operations as well
as a liaison with Client/GC • Clearly and unambiguously
communicate, both verbally and in writing, with vendors,
subcontractors, engineers and clients. Requirements: · Must have
commercial construction knowledge, public works a plus! ·
Exceptional computer skills a MUST; MS Office, Dataforma, Bluebeam,
On-Screen Takeoff or similar estimating software. · Skilled in
reading and understanding commercial plans, specs, front end docs
and addendums · VERY detail-oriented, organized and have good time
management, verbal and written communication skills. · Must be
skilled at building relationships and resolving conflicts amicably.
· Must be a good culture fit. The best fits will be assertive,
analytical and organized with an open-mind and a positive attitude.
· Ability to climb ladders and lift 50lbs. · 4-year degree and/or
equivalent years of experience required, internships a plus! ·
Bi-lingual a plus. · Solid references a MUST, they will be checked,
please include in initial response! Legal status, valid driver’s
license & drug screening required upon consideration. Compensation
DOE, includes truck, fuel card, cell phone, laptop or as needed
