responsibilities will include: Provide excellent customer service
and educate business owners on AT&T's telecommunications
offerings. Support B2B marketing and brand awareness initiatives to
achieve revenue and market share targets set by senior Customer
Service Representatives. Work with the Customer Service
Representative and brand awareness team to understand target
audience preferences and create brand strategies that meet those
needs. Develop expertise in AT&T products and services to
effectively answer questions and address objections. Partner with
account management, sales, and AT&T Customer Service
Representative teams to stay informed about new products and
services. Foster a positive work environment by organizing weekly
team-building activities and events.
