NOW HIRING A-Line is seeking Call center Customer Service
representatives for a Benefit Customer Service role in San Diego,
CA to work Remote or in office, As a Benefit Customer Service
Representative you will have the rewarding opportunity to help our
client members through the enrollment process, and when making
updates to their health care and/or pension plans. We allow you the
freedom to take the time necessary to provide the highest level of
service. You will start out on one client, and with dedication to
our clients, you will be cross trained to provide assistance on
multiple clients. You will spend your day either on the phone, or
providing assistance through web chat conversations and email. We
provide superior service center environment in professional

the lives of our client members! About the Role: As a Benefit
Customer Service Representative, you'll guide members through the
healthcare and/or pension enrollment process and assist them in
updating their benefit plans. Your primary responsibilities will
include responding to inquiries via phone, web chat, and email. You
will begin with one client and, with dedication, be cross-trained
to support multiple clients. We provide a supportive, professional
work environment—whether you're working remotely from home or
onsite in San Diego. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional
customer service while guiding members through enrollment and
benefits inquiries. Respond to phone calls, emails, and web chats
with accurate information and empathetic communication. Manage
multiple systems and computer windows during live interactions.
Maintain strong attention to detail and follow all procedures and
compliance guidelines. Schedule: Busy Season : 40 hours/week, with
possible overtime. Off Season : 30–40 hours/week based on client
demand. Shifts : Monday – Friday, between 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM
(standard business hours). Requirements: Must reside within 2 hours
of San Diego, CA. High School Diploma required; Associate or
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Typing speed of 30 WPM or more. Clear,
professional communication skills (verbal & written).
Problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve member concerns
quickly. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to manage
multiple systems simultaneously. Ability to work independently in a
structured, self-paced environment. Reliable attendance and
punctuality is essential. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus!
