Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This
full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is based onsite at a
K-12 school in Van Nuys, CA, offering a contract for the current
school year. Ideal for a licensed professional holding a California
SLP licensure with Certification of Completion, this role
emphasizes direct service delivery within a school setting. Key
Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language
assessments for students across K-12. Develop and implement
individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to
support student progress. Maintain accurate and timely
documentation in compliance with school policies and state
regulations. Participate in meetings such as IEPs and contribute to
multidisciplinary team efforts. Qualifications and Experience:
Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist licensure with
Certification of Completion. Possession of a California Teaching
Credential (CTC) is preferred. Demonstrated school-based experience
working face-to-face with students. Strong understanding of
educational standards and speech-language development in children.
Excellent communication and organizational skills. Location: Van
