Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mac Desktop Engineer to provide IT
support and manage solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with client decision-makers for onboarding, projects,
and change requests
Monitor ticket queue for incidents requiring T3 support and
de-escalate tickets as needed
Maintain patching schedules and identify enhancement opportunities
in build processes
Required Qualifications and Education
3+ years of experience supporting Apple devices in an enterprise
setting
2+ years of experience in endpoint configuration toolkits/MDM
administration
Familiarity with endpoint patching toolkits and ServiceNow is a
plus
College or technology school degree preferred
Apple Certifications preferred
