We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst
Intern to support our Anaheim operations team. In this role, you’ll
help gather and analyze business data, identify process
improvements, and support company initiatives related to
performance tracking, cost optimization, and service efficiency.
This internship is ideal for someone looking to gain practical
business and data analytics experience within the industrial
service industry. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Collect
and organize data related to operations, service metrics, and
performance trends. Assist in analyzing data to identify
cost-saving opportunities and process improvements. Develop
reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and
operations teams. Support special projects that improve service
delivery, efficiency, and safety. Help monitor key performance
indicators (KPIs) across the branch. Work closely with team members
across operations and service to understand challenges and propose
data-driven solutions. Maintain accurate databases and document
findings clearly. Required Skills/Abilities: Currently pursuing a
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics,
Engineering, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and
solid problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office
(Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with data visualization tools
is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both
written and verbal. Eager to learn, self-motivated, and able to
manage multiple tasks in a team environment. Interest in the
maintenance and industrial service industry is a plus. Work

Hours of Work: This is a paid internship, with expectation to last
approximately 3 months. American Equipment Holdings is an
