Job Description Job Description Volt is hiring for an CNC Mill Set-Up Operator for a company located in Miramar, CA. As a CNC Mill Set-Up Operator you will: Set up and operate 3rd and 4th axis CNC mills (Haas & Mori Seiki) Read blueprints to understand part specifications Monitor machines for issues during operation Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy Perform routine machine maintenance This is a Full-Time Direct Hire opportunity The ideal candidate will have : 5 years of machining and setup experience Strong understanding of feeds, speeds, and material removal Familiar with CNC programming codes Skilled in cutting tool feeds and speeds Able to set up parts independently Knowledge of true position tolerance and coordinate systems Follows written instructions accurately Experienced with close tolerances in high-volume settings Proficient in reading complex blueprints Schedule: Monday - Friday 1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 01:30 PM 2nd shift: 01:45 PM -10:15 PM Pay Rate : $ 22.00 to $38.00 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
