The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manufacturing, tooling, mill, lathe, haas, zoller, programming, gd&t, CNC Machine Operation, Blueprint Reading, Precision Measurement, Programming CNC Machines, Lathe Operation, Mill Operation, and Grinding. Competitive compensation and benefits package! Job Details Responsibilities: Operate and maintain a variety of machines, including CNC machines, lathes, mills, grinders, and other equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the best approach for machining parts. Use precision measurement tools to inspect and ensure parts meet the required specifications. Program CNC machines for optimal performance, efficiency, and accuracy. Assist with tooling and setup procedures, ensuring machines are prepared and ready for operation. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues, making necessary adjustments for optimal performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure production goals are met on time and within budget. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically in a machinist role. Proficient in operating and programming CNC machines, lathes, mills, grinders, and other manufacturing equipment. Solid understanding and experience with haas, zoller, and gd&t. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Expertise in precision measurement and tooling procedures. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines. Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures. Physical stamina and strength, with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
