Job Description Job Description Maintenance Mechanic - 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available Job Description We’re hiring Maintenance Mechanics of all levels to join a growing team in a clean, modern corrugated box manufacturing environment. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical systems to keep production running efficiently. Electrical experience is a plus, but we’re also open to new graduates who are eager to learn and grow. Expect heavy overtime (10–12 hour days) until the team is fully built out. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on industrial equipment Maintain and service conveyor systems, pumps, pneumatic and hydraulic systems Perform preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with safety standards Collaborate with team members to minimize downtime and optimize production Preferred Skills & Qualifications Mechanical experience with pumps, pneumatics, conveyors Electrical knowledge (120–480V systems, PLC troubleshooting) is a plus Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Employee Value Proposition Direct placement with flexible start times Heavy overtime opportunities Clean, indoor work environment with large-scale equipment Career growth potential in a stable, expanding operation Why Work Here?
