With a history of over 70 years of providing exceptional food and service to our guests, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Director of Facilities to oversee all aspects of our facilities management operations. The Director of Facilities will be responsible for maintaining and improving the physical assets of our restaurants, including buildings, equipment, and systems, to ensure safe and efficient operations.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of facilities management operations for our restaurants, including maintenance, repair, and renovation of buildings, equipment, and systems.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize facilities management operations and improve efficiency.
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements for buildings, equipment, and systems.
      • Develop and manage budgets for facilities management, including forecasting and cost control.
        • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors to ensure high-quality services and products.
          • Establish and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and maintenance costs.
            • Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
              • Develop and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact and improve energy efficiency.Qualifications:
                • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
                  • 7+ years of experience in facilities management, with a proven track record of success.
                    • Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment, and maintenance practices.
                      • Excellent project management, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
                        • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
                          • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards for buildings, equipment, and systems.
