Job Description:
A company is looking for a Finance AI Change Management Senior
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, roll out, and maintain the Finance AI Change Management
program, including assessments and engagement strategies
Partner with senior leadership to plan and execute change
management and training initiatives for smooth transitions
Develop and execute communication plans to engage impacted teams
effectively
Required Qualifications
Degree in Organizational Behavior, Social Sciences, Communications,
Business Administration, or equivalent
5+ years of experience in change management, project management, or
related fields, with finance experience
Change Management certification and familiarity with
industry-standard methodologies (e.g., ADKAR model) are
desirable
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Experience in AI adoption and digital transformation projects is a
plus
