Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager in Settlement
Administration.
Key Responsibilities
Directly manage a team of Managers, Analysts, and/or Coordinators,
providing feedback and support for their development
Oversee client relationships to ensure expectations are met and
engagements are handled appropriately
Supervise project teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables
and adherence to project milestones
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in claims administration, account
management, client services, paralegal, or project management
Background in legal, banking, financial services, or class action
administration is required
PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable
Paralegal experience or JD is also highly desirable
