Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end program oversight from strategic planning through
post-launch optimization
Oversee integrated timelines and cross-functional milestones across
multiple initiatives
Drive collaborative engagement across departments for new product
launches
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in project management
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Experience in beauty, pharma, skincare, or fashion industries is a
plus
Proficiency in project management methodology, tools, and software
(Smartsheet preferred)
Demonstrated success in leading product launches and
cross-functional programs
