Key Responsibilities
Oversee global sales performance and pipeline development with
major strategic partners
Develop and execute a scalable business plan to expand the partner
ecosystem
Analyze market and competitive trends to identify opportunities for
growth
Required Qualifications
7-10 years of HCM channel experience working with top consulting
firms
Proven track record in channel sales
Strong understanding of channel dynamics and partner relationship
management in the HCM space
Ability to build and maintain successful partner relationships
Strong analytical skills to interpret data for strategic
decisions
