Job Description:
A company is looking for a Transaction Manager to manage real
estate transaction activities for a defined portfolio of commercial
properties.
Key Responsibilities
Implement real estate plans aligned with client goals and manage
project initiation and scope definition
Negotiate business terms as a landlord/seller agent and
tenant/buyer agent, including leases and lease amendments
Track transaction activity, prepare reports, and maintain a real
estate project tracking system for timely completion
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of real estate
transactions or related experience; equivalent experience may
substitute for education
Real Estate salesperson license required
Leadership skills to motivate team performance and impact quality
and efficiency
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Strong organizational skills and sophisticated math skills for
financial calculations
