Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT M&A Program Manager to
oversee merger and acquisition programs and manage multiple complex
projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute IT integration strategies in collaboration with
senior leadership
Lead the planning and execution of IT integration across various
workstreams, ensuring efficient management of timelines and
budgets
Act as the main liaison between IT and other units, managing
stakeholder communications and expectations
Required Qualifications:
HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
PMP and/or PgMP certification preferred
10+ years of IT project and program management experience,
including managing M&A programs with complex migrations
Experience in vendor management and project/program budget
management
Background in process architecture, business analysis, and
organizational change management preferred
