A company is looking for a Supervisor - Program Management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily activities of the program and supervise staff
Develop and monitor program metrics to ensure compliance with
service level agreements
Conduct team meetings and assist in training and development of
employees
Required Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or
equivalent work experience
1-4 years of relevant experience
Customer service experience required; call center experience
preferred
Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
Ability to lead and develop a successful team
