Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Manager II responsible for
analyzing, creating requirements, planning, and delivering updates
for assigned programs and related services.
Key Responsibilities
Develops overall strategy and roadmap for assigned programs,
ensuring alignment with business requirements
Manages program scope, planning, implementation, and delivery of
software updates, coordinating with IT and multi-disciplinary
teams
Maintains documentation and ensures compliance with state and
federal regulations related to assigned programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
5 - 8+ years of related job experience, including project
management responsibilities
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software and
project management tools
Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or pharmaceutical industries is
desirable but not required
PMP or other project management certification is preferred but not
required
