Job Description:
A company is looking for an H-2B/TN Case Manager to provide
support for employment-based visa cases.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding TN, H-2B,
and PERM immigration cases
Collect and prepare necessary documentation for immigration cases
while ensuring compliance with regulations
Communicate with relevant agencies and collaborate with immigration
attorneys on complex cases
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in filing or overseeing employment-based
immigration petitions
High-volume TN or H-2B filing experience preferred
Experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on relationship
management
Proficient in the PERM process and conducting labor market
tests
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a
fast-paced environment
