Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Clinical Services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical oversight and direction to clinical staff,
ensuring competency through training and evaluations
Develop and implement clinical standards to support quality patient
care and safety
Evaluate clinical performance and monitor outcomes to improve staff
competencies and patient safety
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Nursing or related field or equivalent
experience (typically 6 years)
Current, valid RN license in the state of practice
Five to seven years of progressively responsible experience in a
clinical care setting
Experience in a lead/consultative role within an integrated
healthcare or ambulatory system
Proven track record of driving successful performance outcomes in a
highly matrixed environment
