Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Care Management (RN).
Key Responsibilities
Supervises the care management team and addresses escalations
related to member or provider care
Monitors compliance with care management documentation and assigns
caseloads based on team experience and member needs
Evaluates team performance, provides coaching, and assists with
onboarding and training new team members
Required Qualifications
Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing or a Bachelor's
degree
4+ years of related experience in care management
RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State
Licensure required
Weekend availability is required
Preferred candidates should be in the Central Time Zone (CST)
