A company is looking for a Counsel, Compliance & Government
Affairs.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of
company policies and procedures to mitigate risk
Collaborate with various business units to audit practices and
implement procedures
Track and analyze legislation and political developments affecting
the company
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience as an attorney in compliance and government
affairs
Ability to break down complex laws and regulations into
understandable language
Self-motivated and organized, capable of working independently
Effective in fast-paced environments with multiple workstreams
Ability to solicit and implement feedback for continuous
improvement
