Job Description:

A company is looking for a Utilization Management Nurse.
Key Responsibilities

Assess inpatient services for cost-effectiveness and regulatory compliance
Analyze clinical service requests using evidence-based guidelines
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote integrated care models

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent experience
Active, unrestricted State Registered Nursing (RN) license
MCG certification (or ability to obtain within six months of hire)
Five years of clinical nursing experience or equivalent knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and electronic medical record (EMR) systems
