Job Description:
A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Clinical
Liaison.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison for external groups and providers regarding
clinical information and assess member clinical records related to
behavioral health
Partner with staff and departments for provider education and
outreach, identifying gaps and developing educational efforts
Implement procedures for tracking operational issues and
collaborate with staff to initiate process changes to improve
quality and satisfaction
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Master's degree in Social Work or Behavioral Health or graduation
from an Accredited School of Nursing
4-6 years of related experience in behavioral health outpatient
care
Experience with assessment of treatment plans for mental health and
substance abuse
Licensure as LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, LMHP, or RN required
State-specific licensure may be required for certain states
