Job Description:
A company is looking for a Virtual Care Veterinary Technician -
Teletriage.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with members via chat, phone, and video, providing support
and education on pet health
Triage cases and review medical records to offer informed
recommendations
Document patient interactions accurately and verify prescriptions
as needed
Required Qualifications
Credentialed Veterinary Technician with successful completion of
the VTNE
At least two years of experience in small animal veterinary
medicine
Comfortable navigating multiple computer programs and online
platforms
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
A quiet, distraction-free workspace with a minimum internet speed
of 100mb down and 100mb up
