Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Case Management - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/09/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Job Opportunity – Case Manager/RN – California Start Date: February 9, 2026 Location: West Hollywood, California Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 40-hour work week, 16 hours orientation, weekend coverage required, no on-call Highlights: - Inpatient case management role serving adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations - Average daily caseload of 15 patients in a 255-bed facility - Epic EMR system utilized for charting and documentation - Interdisciplinary support including Social Services and Transportation teams - Flexible floating within scope to meet facility needs - Local candidates welcome, first-time travelers accepted Requirements: - Active California RN license (permanent license required, temporary licenses not accepted) - Minimum 2 years of inpatient case management experience (3 years preferred) - BLS certification current and valid - Knowledge of HMO and Medicare for inpatient, home health, and skilled nursing facility settings - Proficiency with InterQual Criteria, Milliman Guidelines, DRG, ICD-10 coding, and HIPAA guidelines - Epic experience strongly preferred - Experience with discharge planning, care coordination, and plan of care development - Two supervisor references from within the last year required at submission Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes through comprehensive case management in a collaborative healthcare environment.
