Job Description:

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative-REMOTE.
Key Responsibilities

Process payments to Insurance Carriers for escrow payments on mortgages
Utilize software to generate payments and apply them via various methods
Communicate with Carrier Customer Service for payment inquiries

Required Qualifications

1 year of call center experience
GED or High School diploma
Ability to work remotely
Willingness to transition to a Customer Service Representative role with more responsibilities
