Key Responsibilities
Source and attract top talent for various roles through innovative
recruiting methods
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates'
qualifications and fit for positions
Engage with candidates in Dutch via phone, email, and social
media
Required Qualifications
Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required
Prior experience in recruitment is preferred but not mandatory
Proficiency in using online recruitment tools and social media
platforms
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
A reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace to work
remotely
