Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll
processes for employees and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll for 250+ employees and
contractors
Ensure accurate information is submitted for approval by
deadlines
Assist HR with new hire paperwork and manage terminations within
payroll software
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of payroll experience required; experience with
Quickbooks preferred
Working knowledge of Google Workspace products (Gmail, Google Docs,
Google Sheets)
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Experience in handling wage garnishments and payroll compliance
Familiarity with data entry in Accounts Payable and Accounts
Receivable
