Contractor.
Key Responsibilities
Tidy up the HR Drive by reorganizing and relabeling key folders
Map benefits across the organization by creating a master
spreadsheet for comparison and equity tracking
Create dashboards and data spreadsheets to generate reports on
hiring trends and turnover
Required Qualifications
Experience with tools like Notion, Slack, Lever, and Google
Workspace
Strong organizational skills and a systems-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Familiarity with spreadsheets and data management
Interest in organizational design and its impact on team
success
