Company:Qualcomm India Private LimitedJob Area:Engineering Group, Software Applications EngineeringGeneral Summary:The Tools team at Qualcomm is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to help design and develop high-quality software solutions.Job Overview:

• Develops, creates, and modifies general computer applications software or specialized utility programs.
• Analyzes user needs and develops software solutions.
• Designs or customizes software for client use to optimize operational efficiency.
• Modifies existing software to correct errors, adapt to new hardware, or improve performance. Stores, retrieves, and manipulates data for system analysis.Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of Software Engineering or related experience.
  • Mandatory: 3+ years of experience in C# programming.
  • Mandatory: 3+ years of experience in web application development using Angular, ASP.Net, and Web APIs.
  • Experience in application development with .NET Core and .NET Framework.
  • Knowledge of Python and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Familiarity with SQL Server databases, operating systems, and algorithm design.Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in full software development lifecycle for products.
    • Web development experience with C#.NET, Python, ASP.NET, Angular, Web APIs, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and REST services.
    • Experience working on AWS cloud platforms.
    • Exposure to Business Intelligence and Machine Learning is advantageous.
    • Knowledge of CMS applications, reStructuredText, Markdown, and DITA is a plus.
    • Experience in Agile/Scrum development processes.Education Requirements:
      • Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
