Job Description:

A company is looking for a Trainer I to deliver software training programs for local government users.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and coordinate training sessions tailored to individual and group needs
Conduct needs assessments and provide clear instruction on software functionalities
Maintain updated knowledge of software enhancements and contribute to internal training documentation

Required Qualifications

1 to 3 years' experience in delivering software training programs or equivalent
Understanding of local government entities and their software needs (preferred)
Knowledge of adult learning theory and methodologies for effective training
Familiarity with software training best practices
Proficiency in using various productivity and collaboration tools
