Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workforce Software (WFS) Solution
Architect to lead the design and implementation of workforce
management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the architectural design and implementation of WorkForce
Software solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate
them into technical specifications
Configure and customize WFS modules and ensure system integration
with other platforms
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR
Technology, or related field
7+ years of experience in IT or HR technology roles, with 3-5 years
focused on WFS solution design
Strong functional knowledge of workforce management processes
Experience integrating WFS with ERP, payroll, and HR systems
Hands-on experience with WFS configuration tools and rules
writing
