A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Electrical Engineer. Position Type: Full Time (Contract) Duration: 12 months Location: Woodland Hills, CA As an Electrical Engineer, you will: Primary focus is on evaluation of circuit performance of various circuit types while they are exposed to radiation environments (prompt dose rate, total ionizing dose, neutron displacement damage, neutron induced upset, single event effects) - Leads and executes the analysis and/or evaluation/validation of an electrical component, subsystem, or system analytical model or actual system implementation undergoing Radiation Effects. This requires the candidate to possess a thorough understanding of electrical circuit design within the system application, using that insight to assure the operate-through requirements are complied with. The ideal candidate will have: Must have an Active U.S. Government Security Clearance at the DoD secret level • Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or other STEM discipline and 12 years of Engineering experience Or 10 years engineering experience with a Master’s Degree; Or 8 years of engineering experience with a PHD • Experience with electrical circuit rad-hard design for radiation environments to include analysis and modeling (prompt dose rate, total ionizing dose, neutron displacement damage, neutron induced upset, single event effects) • Ability to travel 5% is required • Excellent writing skills Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
