the Role Subscriptions are the most reliable way for streamers to
earn revenue on Twitch. They not only allow viewers to support
their favorite streamers, but also give them rewards like emotes
and badges, and benefits like ad-free watching. You will focus on
growing our current subscription products (Channel Subscriptions
and Turbo) and shaping their future to increase streamers and
Twitchs revenue, all while creating a product that viewers love.
You Will: Get down into the weeds and find tactical ways of growing
subscriptions adoption, using experimentation, intuition and any
tool at our disposal to help streamers grow their revenue. Think
2-3 years from now and build a strategic plan on how subscriptions
should evolve from the current product feature set. Navigate the
ambiguity and complexity of executing on both short and long term
goals. Be the voice of both viewers and streamers in the evolution
of our subscriptions products. You Have: 5 or more years of Product
Management experience. Experience in revenue centric products.
Experience in at least one of: digital subscriptions products or
creator economy products. Strong analytical skills, ability to
understand data trends, insights, and experiments, but also when to
drive through product intuition. Strong written and verbal
communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of

Experience working with GTM teams to bring a new product to market.

cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay
for this position ranges from our lowest geographic market up to
our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors
including market location and may vary depending on job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation
company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on
payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part
of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of
medical, financial, and/or other benefits. This position will
remain open until filled. US Pay Per Year $136,100—$235,200 USD
