Android. As a Principal Product Manager, you'll define product
strategy across this spectrum, partnering with science and
engineering leaders to translate breakthrough AI capabilities into
customer experiences. Multiple teams across Amazon rely on our

millions, this role is for you. Key job responsibilities As the
Principal Product Manager for Visual Search, your role is to create
and execute the vision and strategy for the Visual Search team's
new products. Your focus is on delivering excellent shopping
experiences for customers by understanding their visual shopping
intents and incorporating relevant features across Amazon Lens,
More Like This and emerging visual discovery surfaces. The ideal
candidate should have experience in a fast-paced environment and a
strong bias for action. You will collaborate with teams across the
company to identify and prioritize needs, influence the
organization and create high-quality visual search experiences.
Your expertise in computer vision, multimodal AI and recommender
systems will be crucial in expanding beyond the current offerings.
Success in this role requires a customer-centric approach,
innovative thinking and effective communication. Working closely
with a team, you will create scalable visual shopping experiences
that contribute to a delightful shopping experience for Amazon
customers. This is a technical role that may require a tech
assessment. A day in the life As the Principal Product Manager for
Visual Search, you will independently lead product strategy for the
most exciting problems in computer vision and multimodal AI,
including real-time visual understanding, image-based retrieval at
Amazon scale, generative AI for shopping discovery and multimodal
search blending vision and language. You will set the product
vision, define roadmaps and partner with science, engineering and
business leaders to deliver transformative experiences. You will
evaluate product proposals, guide experimentation design, review
metrics and ensure high-quality product and technical output. You
may influence product strategy across multiple locations with
meaningful input into organizational planning. About the team
Within the Visual Search team, our mission is to empower customers
to shop effortlessly and confidently using the world around them as
their catalog. We achieve this by providing relevant products and
information through intuitive visual interfaces powered by Amazon
Lens, More Like This and emerging visual discovery surfaces. This
is made possible by utilizing computer vision, multimodal AI and ML
models to gain deep insights into customer behaviors and visual
shopping preferences. - Bachelor's degree - Experience
owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with
feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - 10 years of technical
product or program management experience - Strong customer focus
and a deep passion for enhancing the Amazon shopping experience. -
Ability to dive deep into metrics and insights, and translate
analysis into actionable plans. - Experience working directly with
Engineers on product enhancements - Experience in project
management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
- Experience in building and shipping B2C Machine Learning-based
platforms, with knowledge in Machine Learning, Economics,
Statistical modeling, and Causal Inference. - Ability to work
collaboratively and build trust in a matrixed organization, resolve
conflicts, and effectively escalate issues to make progress towards
our mission. - Passion for writing and storytelling to build the
overall strategy for improving our CX - Strategic approach to
product development, with an emphasis on thinking big to solve

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
