Sr. Real Estate Transaction Attorney - Santa Monica, CA A boutique
coastal California law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate
Transaction Attorney to join its growing real estate practice. The
ideal candidate will have experience handling a wide range of
commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions,
dispositions, leasing, financing, and development matters. This
role offers meaningful client interaction, hands-on responsibility,
and the opportunity to work on sophisticated real estate deals in a
collaborative environment. Salary & Benefits - Competitive base
salary range of $250,000 - $350,000, depending on experience -

depending on experience and workload Qualifications - Juris Doctor
(JD) from an accredited law school - Admission to the California
Bar in good standing - 6 years of experience in commercial real
estate transactions - Strong experience drafting and negotiating
purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and closing
materials - Familiarity with title, survey, zoning, and due
diligence review - Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation
skills - Ability to manage transactions independently from contract
through closing - Strong communication skills and client-focused
approach Responsibilities - Handle commercial real estate
transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and
financing - Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements,
commercial leases, amendments, and related documents - 1800
Billable hour minimum - Conduct and manage due diligence, including
review of title, survey, zoning, and environmental matters -
Coordinate closings with clients, lenders, brokers, and opposing
counsel - Advise clients on real estate risk management, deal
structure, and strategic considerations - Maintain organized files
and manage multiple transactions simultaneously - Build and
maintain strong client relationships through proactive
communication and high-quality work - For this position, you must
be currently authorized to work in the United States without the
need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa. CyberCoders will
