Job Description Job Description Well established Long Beach Workers' Compensation Defense firm is seeking an Associate who possesses a valid California law license with a minimum of 5 years of Workers' Compensation experience. This position offers a Partnership track. Responsibilities: • Represent clients at different WCAB's • Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients • Advise clients on plans of action and case handling recommendations • Negotiate settlements for legal disputes • Comply with all legal standards and regulations We offer a competitive salary, expense reimbursement, paid time-off, and health benefits (medical, dental, vision, and Aflac insurance), along with reasonable work hours in a relaxed firm that has been in business for over 19 years.
